We, at Young Laser, are there to provide for all your cutting and metal fabrication needs. Our online laser cutting technique ensures that you get your custom made products, in the most efficient manner possible. All you need to do is follow these simple steps:
- DXF DWG File format:
In order for the cutter to craft your design, the first step is to ensure that your design is in a DWG, DXF file format. A DWG or DXF file is a CAD file that contains a drawing of your item. If you don’t have a drawing program and need us to draw the job for you
just send a sketch to our team and we will convert the file for you. This may, however, incur some extra charges.

- Quote request form:
The next step is to fill out our quote request form which will require you to upload your DXF, DWG file. To make the process efficient, the form will ask you details of your design such as the type of material, details of your design, number of copies etc. If there are any additional points we require clarification on, we’ll get in contact with you, so that your design is produced in exact accordance with your needs.
Once this step is completed, we will be sending through the quote for your product. The pricing is calculated on the basis of the time required for cutting as well as the material used. Each item is unique and we strive to give our customers nothing but the best.

- Payment:
Once the quote is agreed upon, our team will send you the invoice for the job. We accept payment via credit card or bank deposit. Upon completing payment, production for your design will begin.

- Delivered to your doorstep:
As soon as your product is ready, we will deliver it to you to your desired address. If you are situated in Australia, you will receive your product via Express Post. We deliver products to our international customers via Australia Post Airmail. Typically, a laser cut item is delivered to our customers within 24 hours after payment is received.
